How They Open
The Zealot motion.
Built on rooms I already sold, not on contracts they have signed.
German federal interior does not buy fifteen times. It buys once, then it copies. A live BMI or BfV reference — won in a prior motion — is the asset. That is the first German job for Zealot. Not a hundred new logos.
Computacenter and Controlware already sit on those federal networks. I have used that path. Ride the contract they hold. Put Zealot into an evaluation they already staff.
Infodas — classified German / NATO SECRET cross-domain. In the room when BMI, BfV, BAMAD or the Chancellery has to touch a classified network.
Arbit — BSI EAL7+ diode, NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET. High-side plumbing.
Together: Computacenter / Controlware into the estate. Infodas / Arbit onto the network.
SCC holds UGAP. I have used that door. It does not fully open for a new product until ANSSI is on it. Without ANSSI, UGAP is a listing. ANSSI is the gate, not a logo I sold.
For Zealot
I already sold into these rooms. They are not Zealot customers. The first job is one German federal reference — BMI or BfV — because that logo travels. Computacenter and Controlware carry the estate. Infodas and Arbit carry the classified network. Do not open a French UGAP motion until ANSSI is on the product. Do not pull the Swiss Army until the German reference is live.
